It is hard to give a neutral evaluation, since I fell in love with the owner of the resort, with the region and the people there. The environment is fantastic and the area very beautiful and peaceful. However you have to considder that the resort is in the countryside. You should have a plan for transportation beforehand; best arrive with your own car or bike.
The biggest disadvantage also is an advantege: the resort really is outside at a peaceful place. Just do not get there without car or bike.
